Attempted Delaware County Homicide Case Dismissed

Recently, Peter Manaras, a partner at Giribaldi & Manaras, a Delaware county firm, represented a client in Springfield District Court.   The client was wrongfully accused with Attempted Homicide in the first degree, two counts of Aggravated Assault, and other related charges.  The client was looking at extensive jail time if convicted. However, after a lengthy hearing, Mr. Manaras, using his expertise and experience, was successful at having the case dismissed.  The client and his family are obviously very pleased and overjoyed with the outcome of the hearing, and with Mr. Manaras’ diligent representation.
