Arrests for possession for Marijuana dropping?

It appears that decriminalization of Marijuana possession has begun. According to recent statistics posted by the Pennsylvania Uniform Reporting System  , arrests for Marijuana dropped 58% from 2014 to 2015.  Some counties have even begun to enact local rules that would treat possession of small amount of Marijuana as a disorderly conduct case. It is important that individuals who are charged with this crime become  informed as to the options that they may have.

Unfortunately, until legislature enacts a uniform law, each county will continue to treat possession of small amount of Marijuana differently.
