Success in Burglary dismissal!

Giribaldi has success in having a Burglary Dismissed.

A Radnor man was accused of breaking into his own apartment.  After a domestic situation with his live in girlfriend a Radnor man was evicted from his home.  A few days later he returned to the property and gained access to the home through a window.  The police were called and the man was charged with Burglary.  After lengthy negotiations, Esquire, a partner with Giribaldi, convinced the District Attorney to have the Burglary charges dismissed. As a result, our client was offered a summary offense and all of the remaining charges were dismissed.

The client was elated about the results.
