We are constantly hearing about new traffic laws up for debate at the federal, state and local level. Generally speaking they have to do with safety. And when the issue of safety behind the wheel comes up, you can all but guarantee the debate will be over DUI or cell phones. While talking on a cell phone while driving is still legal in much of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, texting while driving is ticketable offense. But how much is it actually being ticketed? Last month AAA released the data for PA, and the answer is not that much. In fact over the last year, there were only 63 citations issued for TWD. Check out the state wide results for yourself.
